Individual counseling

Our 1-on-1 sessions are 45 minutes long and can be done either in person or online.

The structure of the sessions depends on the goals we set on the first meeting — we talk about the topic, present you the theory behind it and then work on different skills and practical exercises. Very often you will get a "homework" or simple tasks to do in between our sessions.

You can check the prices here and feel free to book your first session via button bellow.

Group counseling and workshops

Group sessions or workshops are tailored for smaller groups and are usually 60-90 minutes long.

We work on different topics and get to know them through theory and practical exercises.

Is sport psychology for me?

Sport psychology counseling is based on Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy (CBT) which is a talking therapy based on the concept that your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and actions are interconnected, and that negative thoughts and feelings can trap you in a vicious cycle.

Unlike some other talking treatments, CBT deals with your current problems, rather than focusing on issues from your past.

Most common topics:

  • Anxiety/Fear (nervousness before performance)

  • Negative thinking patterns

  • Self-image

  • Motivation

  • Concentration

  • Communication (team, coach, family)
